Stumped by a reference question? Don't have the time or resources to spend on the question? Our reference researchers will research the question for you and return their findings to you, or if you prefer, your patron with a copy to you.

The BALIS/PLS/SVLS system administration sets up and maintains listservs for system committees, which are generally open to members only. These instructions explain eligibility, obtaining access, and logging on.
